How to Report Your Student's Attendance
Options for Reporting Your Student's Absence (All schools except Lakeville North and Lakeville South)
Parents/guardians have two options for submitting absence, late arrival and early leave requests for their student(s)--directly through Infinite Campus Parent Portal OR by emailing the school's attendance email. We encourage parents/guardians to submit absence through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, as it is a convenient process designed to streamline the attendance reporting process and minimize any attendance errors.
Please only report your student's absence, late arrival or early leave using ONE of the methods listed below.

Arrival Time: 9:17 a.m.
Start Time: 9:25 a.m.
Dismissal: 3:55 p.m.
Buses Leave: 4:00 p.m.
Arrival and Departure

Students who do not ride the bus are to be dropped off and picked up at the Main School Entrance.

Traffic Flow: The right lane is used for drop-off, while the left lane is only for leaving Highview.

Pick-Up Procedures:

Parents can use the right traffic lane and wait in their cars. Please pull as far forward as possible to help traffic flow. Parents will have an orange Tag with students' names. *these can be picked up in the office

Alternatively, parents may park in the main lot and walk to the main entrance area.

For safety reasons, students cannot walk unaccompanied to the parking lot.

If you are waiting for your student on the sidewalk then your child is considered a walker. If you are staying in your vehicle, then your child is considered a “Parent Pick-up”
